Tips And Substitutions For Paprika Potatoes
- Add more or less milk and cheese if desired. You can substitute half and half if you would like your potatoes thicker.
- Add more or less garlic, if you are a garlic fan, add more in!

Paprika and Blue Cheese Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 medium red potatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic, chopped to med sized pieces
- 1/4 cup blue cheese (or gorgonzola cheese)
- 1 stem of fresh dill, chopped
- 2 stems of Italian parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 dashes of smokey paprika
- 1 tbsp of Fourth and Heart ghee (optional)
- Himalayan salt to taste
Instructions
- chop potatoes into bite-sized pieces and boil in a pot for about 8 minutes until potatoes are tender
- Drain water and bring pot back to stove on simmer. Add milk, paprika, and garlic to potatoes and mash the potatoes with fork or masher (add more or less milk if needed). You can leave the potatoes slightly chunky if desired.
- Stir in cheese, parsley, and dill, add salt to taste. While potatoes are hot, top with optional ghee. Save some cheese and parsley to add as garnish for serving if desired.
